Richard Blumenthal: "If (Don Jr) fails to comply with a lawful subpoena, prison is the only answer"

“I’ve said repeatedly that his answers to the questions and I watched him, were smart-alecky, untruthful, and misleading,” Fox News reporters cited him saying. “So I want to hear about what the truth is.”

Sources told CNN that Trump Jr. has considered declaring his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination or avoid appearing before the committee at all.

Blumenthal said that he’s prepared to jail the president’s son if he refuses to cooperate with the subpoena.

“If he fails to comply with a lawful subpoena, he has no privilege, prison is the only answer,” Blumenthal said.

Donald Trump Jr. on the lam from federal officials serving warrants for his arrest? Man I would call off work to watch that as long as it ends in a stand-off and a perp-walk in cuffs to waiting US Marshals!!!

That imagery is making me smile ear to ear right now!!!

Don the Con to agree to hand over the documents.

But I doubt it. Don the Con would throw his children to the hounds before facing any tribunal himself.

I have heard the house, being in charge of the cash flow may stop salaries to those that do not comply with lawful requests. Can they deny money for JaVanka, Jr and daddy Con for unnecessary travel and security. Why are we paying millions for the Con's KKKlan rallies, and personal business travel for his spawn. At minimum, stop paying for his weekly KKKlan rallies where he re-energizes his will to fuck 70% of the country, the planet, and piss on our laws. Spend some of his own billions for his personal rallies that do nothing for the country....but generate hate from 30% to the 70%.

vast deep state conspiracy to spy on Page and Trump before the election. If nothing else, over the past 2 years
Republican congressmen have been exposed as wack job conspiracy nuts who actually believe Info Wars and Fox crazies. And they really are for the most part not very intelligent.

After manufacturing a huge scandal over Hillary's emails and threatening to put her in jail, Trump's eldest son, the doofus who lied about meeting with Russians to get political dirt on Hillary Clinton's emails, is now facing jail. Gee, I bet Donald Trump never saw this one coming.

If anyone in Chappaquah hears a woman screaming "I love it!" while cackling really loudly, she's not having sex, it's just Hillary Clinton having the last laugh.

The article details what should happen, but that's not what's going to happen.

Here's what's going to happen:

donnie jr isn't going to testify, and he's not going to jail. That's it.

The only way that trump can lose at all is in the polls in 2020. He's not going to prison. His kids aren't going to prison. He's not getting impeached. Unless he drops dead, or loses an election before then, donald trump is President until Jan 20th 2021 or Jan 20th 2025.

We can't do anything about the 'drop dead' part, but we can do something about the election part.
