1) Do something questionable or downright illegal

3) Sue someone, anyone to delay resolution that might be bad for you publically
4) Try to out-litigate them by drowning them in lawsuits and delays to cost $$$ and time

First off, Trump in these scenarios "does" actually very little to nothing beyond remaining on message and impervious to feelings of shame for being such a dick.
