Adam Schiff advocates for Inherent Contempt!!!

Just now on Rachel, Schiff proposed Inherent Contempt as a way to avoid court delays and avoid playing Trump's run-out-the-clock game. He specifically mentioned both imprisonment and fines as remedies via Inhernet contempt.

Now we're talking!!!

them do anything else. Withholding salary they could also enforce. They need togo with the things they can enforce. IMHO.

and it has only been since the mueller report came out that Dems have started issuing the subpoenas that are being ignored.

According to Schiff, the committee has received no counterintelligence briefings since Comey was fired- that's outrageous.

As inherent contempt is not a statutory crime as I understand, but a procedural penalty. Pardoning for inherent contempt would raise issues of separation of powers I think...
