Several media sources reported on Rosenstein's party, and mentioned a host of high-profile attendees, but didn't say anything about Robert Mueller.
I finally found his name mentioned in a piece by the right-leaning Washington Examiner, so I'm including it. It's at the first link below.

FBI Director Christopher Wray also spoke at the event, which was attended by Rosenstein's family, White House counselor Kellyanne Conway, former White House counsel Don McGahn, White House lawyer Emmet Flood, and U.S. lawmakers. Noticeably absent from the ceremony was Mueller himself, who has been critical of Barr's handling of the Russia investigation report rollout.

On Thursday, hundreds of high-powered defense lawyers and Justice Department employees packed into the DOJs cavernous Great Hall, which is reserved only for the most auspicious occasions. It was standing-room only, and an overflow crowd gathered on the balcony overlooking the main floor.
A host of minor legal celebritiesfrom embattled ex-White House Counsel Don McGahn to Mueller probe alum Michael Dreebenhad all assembled to send off Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. His last day at the Justice Department is Saturday, and his send-off, much like his DOJ tenure, was much more dramatic than most deputy attorney generals. And it brought together a mix of eclectic officials that reflected his coloredand controversialtime as the DOJs main manager: White House aide and loyalist Kellyanne Conway was there; so was Sen. Richard Burr, who just subpoenaed the presidents son.

Though Barr and Rosenstein, whose tumultuous tenure was defined by Mueller's investigation, were the unquestioned headliners of the event, others included former White House Counsel Don McGahn, perhaps the most quoted witness in the special counsel's scathing 448-page report; Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Richard Burr, R-N.C., whose committee continues its own inquiry of Russian interference; Matt Whitaker, who briefly served as acting attorney general following Sessions' ouster; and FBI Director Christopher Wray, who replaced James Comey after his abrupt dismissal because of his handling of the Russia inquiry.

"I'll tell you now, the attorney general job is a lot different also," Barr said. "You like records, this must be a record of [an] attorney general being proposed for contempt within 100 days of taking office."
Other notable attendees at the ceremony included former White House counsel Don McGahn, current White House counsel Emmet Flood, White House Counselor Kellyanne Conway and former acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker.

Just a thought.
