1. This has nothing to do with catholicism. Catholics aren't as conservative as some think.

It's as with every religion: You pick the religion you are comfortable with and you bend it a little bit to make it fit your other beliefs.

This isn't about the religious view on abortion, or else those extremist Christians would cite the biblical positions
1. that life begins at the first breath
2. that harming a woman so that she miscarries gets you only a steep fine and is legally different from killing somebody

grown in a dish with no body at all, beat by themselves. Focusing on breathing is a great idea. You need actual lungs, a diaphragm, and a brainstem to breath, and the concept can be understood by everyone.

3. How about a new Law: A woman can kill any man who even touches her in Alabama and Georgia

on the suspicion and supposition that he intends to rape and impregnate her, putting her, and her Doctor, at risk of death due to the new anti-abortion law requirements.

Some woman legislator should advance this on the House/Senate floor, because it would show the absurd law that inspires the equally absurd reaction to kill. It would be fun to watch the republican old white trash males react to that kind of counter law.
