Did you hear Claire McCaskill's views on Mitch

McConnell this morning.

On national TV on Morning Joe she just said " He's a jerk. He is just a jerk. "

She was so disgusted.

I think Obama felt the same way. He said one of the good things about leaving office was that he wouldn't have to talk to McConnell.

appoint a Supreme Court judge in 2020. You know after they couldn't appoint one in 2016 because it was an election year.

If the Suoreme Court is just a bunch of right wingers it won't have any meaning any more. It won't be representative of the Union. The right wingers could care less about the Constitution. It will be a new form of Sharia Law.

I'd honestly have been surprised if he held to what he said in 2016.

My hope is that if Democrats pull off a miracle and retake the Senate in 2020 that they keep the McConnell rules in place and mass confirm tons of progressive judges at all levels.

I think McConnell's specialty is accomplishing nothing, so he can be blamed for nothing. But it could also be that nothing happens that doesn't benefit him.

Under Trump he's stuffed dozens and dozens of people from The Federalist into federal and state court positions. It will take decades to undo the damage that McConnell has accomplished by running a total judge-confirming blitz, never mind the two he stuffed onto SCOTUS after stealing Merrick Garland's seat.

Dorsey's twisted mind created Serge, my favorite fictional serial killer. Serge only kills people that really deserve it though, and that's what intrigues me about him. Some of his earliest books are my favorites.

After you finish with Dorsey try Carl Hiaasen. Some of his books have a character named "Skink", aka Clinton Tyree, a former Governor of Florida. These books are, in order; Double Whammy, Native Tongue, Stormy Weather, Sick Puppy, Skinny Dip, Star Island, and No Surrender. Any of Hiaasen's books are guaranteed to be interesting and sickly humorous. Some people say Dorsey hijacked Hiaasen's style of writing, but they're both unique. They're actually very good friends.

Happy reading!

If McCon refuses votes then bypass the Senate under emergency orders.
Send a judge to the Supreme Court and if they refuse to seat them, then they
too are derelict and their rulings are not binding. Constitutional crises demand
bold, decisive action. Or we can continue with obstruction by them to oblivion.
