Clarence Thomas makes it clear: The right is coming for birth control next

They always deny it when directly confronted, but make no mistake: Conservatives are coming for your birth control. That much was confirmed yet again on Tuesday when Justice Clarence Thomas issued an unhinged opinion on what was supposed to be an abortion case in which, not to put to fine a point on it, he suggested that the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, advocated for birth control because she was hoping to kill black people.

women? Because, it seems I read somewhere that the majority of those opting for this procedure are white.

They call the way it works an abortion because it prevents a fertilized egg from developing.

Okay, so even if the law is passed now, it's still retroactive in a sense. A great many right-wingers that might go along with those laws have benefitted immensely from those forms of birth control for many years. So they presumably, if they were doing it right, had who knows how many abortions over all the years.

It's possible that in the next 8 -10 years he'll be replaced. I don't think Roberts is willing to touch reproductive rights. But if we don't get a Dem president and Senate, reproductive rights might be severely limited.

likely at the end of the current term, especially if he thinks tRump is toast and he won't be able to steal it for him, if he stays on he probably thinks he can steal if for him, RBG should step down after 2021 if Dems take presidency and 51 senate seats in 2020
