Only the president is covered by Mueller’s “I can’t indict so I can’t really say he did it” theory.

The part of the report that worries me the most still hasn’t attracted attention that I’ve seen. If there was clearly obstruction ... one of the goons should have been indicted for it.

Defying subpoenas and court ordered requests . . .

Which shows to the general public that they are in fact hiding something?

It may have worked with the Iran-Contras Affairs because they didn't have a loud mouth. But not this one.

Most of the "goons" did testify for Mueller even if they're rejecting requests/demands for testimony now. Causing plenty of legal cognoscenti to bone up on arguments related to when privilege has been waived and when it hasn't.
