He relies on dribbling criminal activity out and no one remembering what he did yesterday and no one ever consolidating it all into one impactful concise list like impeachment articles would do.

Guess he has concluded that by getting the Senate to acquit him, by getting the DOJ to discredit Mueller and Steele, it's worth all that.
