When we lose these markets, we are not getting them back.. a view from the farm

I live in Iowa.. and our small farmers are getting crushed with the tariffs.. we have also been getting crushed with the rain.. but be that as it may.. if we lose these markets ... there will be no getting them back.. and we are down the tubes.. its not only soy beans.. it could be corn that is sent to Mexico..

God save me from a stable genius

But I’m not sure any lesson has been learned. But I know folks like Biden despite what some polls say.

part of the midwest, that definitely includes Wisconsin .. people in Iowa have a real comfort level with VP Biden that holds him in good stead here.. we will see what the elections turn out.. but no matter who gets the nod .. is going to have to try an rebuild the markets that took decades to build up that Trump is stomping on...

China is now buying soy beans from Russia, not US farmers. Another example of Trump colluding with Putin?

Shades of Manaforts.."Does this make us even" comment. Or something to that effect.
russia has the kodachrome on the big cheeto. He would die before he willingly allowed that to get out. Must be some really, humiliating stuff. So, like the 5 people Tammy Duckworth referenced in trumps deferments, that had to go in his place to Vietnam, now WE are being sacrificed, bc of his absolute unwillingness to control himself.
Our markets ARE our Capitalistic society. putin pulled the pin on the grenade, and trump opened the door to the wh, and let him toss it in.

Celebrating how close their countries have become and how great everything's going to be going forward. Donny is driving them into each other's arms while he undermines western alliances.

Despite being flooded and no help from the government they hate.
Per Saint Ronnie, “government is the problem not the Solution”.

What’s gong to happen with the insurance companies when they say they can’t pay for disasters.

The fat donnie and repuke Senate will give hem a pass for denying claims?

12. Insurance companies already have a "War Exclusion Clause"

The war exclusion clause specifically excludes coverage for acts of war such as invasion, insurrection, revolution, military coup and terrorism; insurers are not be obligated to pay for losses caused by these perils because they cannot afford to pay such claims. Insurance companies know if war breaks out, it could cause a catastrophic amount of damage that would bankrupt the insurance company. So, too, would the catastrophic damage from Climate Change.

Insurance companies have already excluded damage from flooding (rising water), requiring the government to pay for such losses under the Federal Flood Insurance program. The insurance industry is also trying to exclude property damage from natural disasters like hurricanes and wildfires. It won't be long before they try to exclude damage from Climate Change disasters.
