Though I suppose if the court sides with the Democrats and issues an order and then Barr refuses he is facing criminal contempt....maybe.

… none. Republicans love him. They think Obama and Hillary set up a coup - and hope Barr puts them both in prison.

Unethical conduct is all that's needed. The DC Bar, like all of them, has standards for professional conduct. Lying to Congress is one alleged offense; refusing to honor a Congressional subpoena is quite another. Bar made a big mistake for committing the latter. That's how he could get his license pulled.

keep your powder dry. Don't fire until you see the whites of their eyes.

Hearings are going swimmingly, we got 3 retired people to question about how bad Trump is.

What are the consequences for John Dowd, caught on tape, offering a bribe, offering a pardon, witness tampering, obstructing justice with Michael Flynn? Shouldn't that be grounds for at least disbarment?
