With all the law schools graduates to choose from Kavanaugh selected someone who is the daughter of friends, was (I believe) a legacy/faculty admit and attended the same school he did.

Conservatives: I don’t want to hear your complaints about affirmative action for blacks

1. Legacy admits to Yale Law?

Are you sure? Yale admits legacies to its undergraduate programs but I don't think they do that for the Law School. I may be wrong. Do you have anything to support this?

she'll just float along in the legal system. In my law practice in Boston, I ran into Harvard Law Review lawyers who couldn't find their way out of a paper bag. There is a lot more to practicing law than research.
