Alabama governor Kay Ivey signs chemical castration bill

Trump has declared parts of the world "shit holes."

I nominate Alabama as a "shit hole."

The bill, passed by the Alabama Republican state congress (of course) says that sexual offenders must be chemically castrated upon release. And the cretin Governor, Kay Ivey, signed it.

Some here may agree with this legislation. But to me, it falls under the category of "cruel and unusual punishment."

America is getting crazier by the day. When will it stop?

And don't for a moment believe that this kind of thing isn't happening because we have a madman in the White House.

And with Trump in the White House they can also believe that pigs can fly at the speed of sound.

On one hand I have zero sympathy for sexual predators, but I'm not sure if I like how they're violating the whole "no cruel and unusual punishment" thing.
