He sounds like a refugee from the 1980's. "I'll sue". Yeah dude you could sue in the private sector to try to derail competitors, contractors, and people you stiffed. You can't do that as President. You have no grounds to sue a branch of government for constitutionally mandated oversight.

Impeachment is only an attack on the legitimately of your presidency IF your presidency had ANY legitimacy whatsoever. It doesn't.
