"Let me make something 100% clear"

“Let me make something 100% clear to the American public and anyone running for public office: It is illegal for any person to solicit, accept, or receive anything of value from a foreign national in connection with a U.S. election. This is not a novel concept.“

Take heed Speaker Pelosi. Trump broke the law with his statement during the campaign and with his most recent statement during his interview with Stephanopolous.

too much- ie Trumpers- is the distinctions of "anything of value" vs "prohibited donation". It is clear to those who can see clearly that "purloined information" or "dirt" would fit into "anything of value" vs many peoples concepts of "donations". Remember these are Republicans who only think of things in a monetary sense- like money. They wouldn't tie "anything of value" in any broader sense other than money--and even that is suspect as a concern for them. The memo needs to educate beyond what was said.

Several things that apparently Trump is unaware of.

Mueller essentially said he couldn’t put a value on Russian help, so he let the rich white boys off.

Mueller must have worked months on that BS.

wanting to pass a law that makes it perfectly O.K. to accept foreign money when running for office. Why not? It worked for the gop last time, they got their big orange ass into the WH. Why not just called us Russia West?

and let Putin and Trump run the whole show.

Perhaps build them a Palace somewhere near half way in between Russia and America, that being Kugluktuk, Canada, paint it pink (White + Red = Pink) and let them ruin the world together?

Trump and Putin can play 'I am a bigger bad-ass than you' in isolation.

(And hopefully, Kim will get jealous and nuke the place. Nobody would complain too much.)

I doubt very much he would want to spend time with Dumb Ass Donald. tRump is incapable of having an intelligent conversation.

Making the statement wasn't breaking the law... following thru with it is. Very important distinction.
