He brags that he is praised the world over. He boasts that the polls show him to be the most popular president ever. He brags that he will win more states. He declares he is bigger, badder, braver, bolder, bestest and beloved.

He keeps his sycophants lined up to clap like trained seals, sing his praises and fluff his ego on demand. His lackies tell him he is above the law, untouchable and has kingly powers to do as he will.

So, of course he will act accordingly. By the same token, he's playing with the same rope that will eventually come to hang him.

We may not like the timing, but despite what he thinks, he is not god and he is not an Emperor. Sooner or later, he will be stopped. However, we all may suffer greatly in the meantime.
