Newsroom... where can I see it?

I'm a former journalist. I worked in a real newspaper newsroom.

I saw the first show online and I liked it, but I know it's not newsrooms of today.

However, I don't have HBO, although I would pay the see the show a la carte online. Is that available?

I was hooked and could only watch snatches of it online after the first online, full-episode teaser.

Ah, well, I guess those of us who can't afford the extra $20 a month don't get to see this show.

to see it on my dvr, but I have a sneaking suspicion you aren't near me. And $20/month? wow, that's a lot. I was lucky to get it for $9/month, and that included 3 other movie channels and all the HD feeds. I usually rent one or 2 movies a month, so I figure now I can watch them on tv instead, so it's a wash, money-wise. Oh, and BTW, the reason I eventually forked out the cash, was because I couldn't find a single place to watch it online.
