GOPers have difficult time fielding high office Candidates ..WHY? Its because their bag is EMPTY

GOPers are mostly ME People....they think for their level....

The job description for County, State, Nation offices vary....State Office means the focus is in the best interest of the State...obviously.

National Office means National Issues be solved for the Best results to emerge...

This requires a broad range of intellect, experience, vision, etc to fit each level....

The GOPers have been consistent in sending poor grade peeps to these high offices..

Boner, McConnell, Cantor, Rand Paul, Scott Walker, etc come to mind...

The GOPers have been a bad Party for Americans starting way back...their appointments

to the SCOTUS have had a cummalative effect...enabling the GOPers to stack the Court with

CONSERVATIVES...who gave us a failed recount in 2000 to make the dumbest President in USA

History able to sit in the Oval Room...

America must wake up to this silly crap which is KILLING the American Dream..

Question them GOPers on everything...most likely they are shallow people as the current crop

is.

THey have not a clue as how to create Jobs

real jobs, good paying and steady, cannot be off'ed, jobs everywhere and for everyone. Them

GOPers have answers? Nope, nada, nai, zero, puka....all they got is sour wine and stale crackers.

Wake up...Vote Blue....them GOPers are silly NOPErs who deserve shit.

If you look at the states or areas of the country which are GOP strongholds, you will find the poorest and most uneducated regions. Mississippi, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia. The most liberal, California, Austin, you get the picture. That's why the GOP wants to cut education pushes home schooling, and charter schools. All to dumb down the electorate.

10. They're more interested in making money than in public service

I read something years ago which pointed out that Republicans tended to get out of college with the goal of making as much money as possible. So they go into business, or get law degrees and join high-priced law firms, and they don't follow the kind of pathway that could lead to holding public office.

This is why the GOP's talent pool is now so shallow. It's also why they're trying to run businessmen like Romney -- or even Herman Cain -- and claim that running a business is the ideal preparation for being president of the United States. Basically, that's all they've got.

It may also be why the Tea Party has been able to take over so easily. Fundamentalists and other Tea Party types are the only people on the right who see running for office as a good thing in itself, because it enables them to promote their ideological views.

And on some level, it may even explain why they hate teachers and college professors and government bureaucrats. Those are the people who took the more idealistic path that they rejected -- and they envy and resent them for that implied moral superiority.

The incompetence in the Bush administration did not end with Bush himself. Cheney was out saying that "deficits don't matter" as the deficit exploded. The interpretation of intelligence concerning WMD in Iraq was either a complete fabrication or the biggest blunder in history. The worst attack on American soil happened while the Republicans were responsible for our defense. Hurricane Katrina was responded to by a guy who judges horses and the entire economy collapsed while Republicans were in charge of it (to say nothing of the Supreme Court Justices that were appointed).

Any Republican President will draw from this same pool of "talent" to fill positions in his/her administration that Bush did. Incompetence and corruption is inevitable.
