Did Joe Scarborough say he would organize a fundraiser for those kids if Trump didn't act on it?

I thought I heard him say he would in the first segment of the show early this a.m. as I was settling in with my coffee and cereal.

So I wonder what will transpire with him and Mika today.

Mika spends her time pushing her book. Joe, what a great idea!

Put your money where your mouth is, Joe!

I can easily see access being denied. But if it would work I’d be all for it. Hell, bring in Bono.

it created we should have private citizens raise money for the children while the private, for profit system holding these children rakes in the money?....this whole thing makes me so mad. I am betting the camp operators and government
wouldn't accept any donations. This situation needs to be stopped from the top, if not the by the executive branch than by the judicial branch. People should be outside these camps in the thousands shaming this government.

6. I don't like the idea either but if it saves a child's life it is worth it.

Nobody who has the means and the influence can stand by and do nothing. Children are suffering.

That said, you are right that it is our government's responsibility to help the children. But, we don't have a moral government right now so if a private citizen can muster donations, then that is what is needed, to save lives.

Clean clothes, diapers, wipes and medicine for the sick ones. Kleenex. Lice treatment.

How many kids are there? Probably the city of El Paso could host a collection for these kids and have 10 times what they need.

It is sickening what’s being done (and not done) for these children. I hope karma is real. Somebody or many somebodies should be held accountable.

Damn it all. This should be # 1 on the minds of anyone with a heart.
