US Sues Omarosa - Alleges Failure to File Required Financial Disclosures After WH Employment

U.S. SUES OMAROSA MANIGAULT NEWMAN, ALLEGES FAILURE TO FILE REQUIRED FINANCIAL DISCLOSURES AFTER HER WHITE HOUSE

The United States on Tuesday sued Omarosa Manigault Newman, the former reality show participant and aide to President Donald Trump, accusing her of knowingly failing to file a required public financial disclosure report after her White House employment ended.

In a complaint filed with the federal court in Washington, D.C., the government said it is seeking up to a $50,000 civil fine from Manigault Newman, who had been director of communications in the White House Office of Public Liaison.
