In this motion, his lawyers argue that the trial should be moved in a district where trump won 72 % of the votes against hilary since that would make it fair....

Wtf is that kind of argument ? I'm a bigot so I want to be judged by my peers who are bigots as well ? Is that the crux of the argument ?
