Why haven't we heard anything more about all the spin off investigations from Mueller?

Unfortunately, the answer might be a) can not talk about any ongoing investigations or cases b) have to ask FBI about that.

That's the report that had requests for documents/discovery listed as "investigations."

The requests were under the aegis of the special counsel's investigation for documents that Mueller et. al. thought necessary, and the requests were over a year old and hadn't been pursued. Or perhaps they were redundant and the documents/information obtained else-how.
