Possibly. It could also be someone in the Texas GOP. LonePirate Jul 2019 #3
It's always Miller. Other than Ivanka and Jared, he's been the only constant in the WH. Fla Dem Jul 2019 #5

The man is more of a racist then a Grand Dragon in the KKK...I believe that Miller is using his position to further his own hatred of people of color...his next target will be women!!!

That guy is creepy, has probably never had a girlfriend or gone on a second date with a girl. Now he’s a bitter, angry incel, out to turn his own self-hatred into hatred of others. He should be living in his parent’s basement like a lot of other incels, but even his family doesn’t like him.

The Texas GOP stands the most to gain if the question is added as the state would move from almost equally split to maybe even a slight Dem edge in congressional and state house districts back to complete GOP domination. Georgia, Florida and North Carolina are in the same boat as Texas so it could be any number of people; and is likely several people.

Miller is a far right authoritarian white supremacist. I think I read he writes most of Trump's more intelligible tweets.

the core idea about why they need the question is far beyond Trump's intellect.

So, yeah, Miller is the obvious culprit.
