Anyone who thinks you can separate sports from politics

has no understanding of world history or the history of sports.
Equal Pay indeed - Congrats ladies - you rock!

What a metaphor for young girls, young boys, women and men everywhere.
This is beautiful - July 10 - the Equal Pay parade and this is not only about football/soccer.

De Blasio just tweeted that he signed legislation for equal pay in New York State

I’m not even sure if there is a women’s professional soccer league or not but they don’t generate the kind of cash to have equal pay with their NFL, NBA or MLB counterparts. The WNBA has had a host of financial problems as well and would be unable to pay equivalent contracts.

It is unavoidable.

Be that the Arts, in the Workplace, Sports, , etc.

Issues of Equal Pay, fair treatment, Respect, and so forth are front and center.

OBJ had a $100 million deal in NYC. Sounds great, but they ultimately won’t be making the same because of economics.
