This is beautiful - July 10 - the Equal Pay parade and this is not only about football/soccer.

(16,506 posts)Im not even sure if there is a womens professional soccer league or not but they dont generate the kind of cash to have equal pay with their NFL, NBA or MLB counterparts. The WNBA has had a host of financial problems as well and would be unable to pay equivalent contracts.

Be that the Arts, in the Workplace, Sports, , etc.
Issues of Equal Pay, fair treatment, Respect, and so forth are front and center.
