Question about raids on immigrants and undocumented in Churches

I am not an attorney so don't know if I am barking up the wrong tree or not:

I was reading an ICE flyer about having massive raids on undocumented folk this weekend. One of the things the flyer said was to go to churches/temples/synagouges etc and raid while folks are in worship.

I thought this was unconstitutional because of the separation of church and state issues.

I could be wrong, but to me this is really shitty, one of the few places folks go to recharge spiritually and mentally and the fucking ICE are going to desecrate that!

In fact actually I'd be more annoyed if the authorities couldn't nab people just cause they're at church

That said, ICE may nab people coming OUT of church, but they aren't going to be raiding churches with services going on. The optics would be terrible for Trump's fake religiosity. He's dumb, but not THAT dumb.

I'd LOVE IT if ICE went into churches during services to arrest people ... it'd be the WORST POSSIBLE PR for them, and for IQ45.

Not because I'D care (well, not anymore than I care otherwise) ... but a shit-ton of people that would otherwise support Trump would be PISSED.

So, bring it ON!!!
