Could this secluded temple on 'Pedophile Island' be where Jeffrey Epstein and his guests 'abused underage victims'?

Conspiracy theories abound over religious building on the billionaire's Caribbean estate which could extend underground

  • Jeffrey Epstein had a temple-like structure built on the southwest edge of Little St James Island sometime between 2009 and 2013
  • Aerial photos show the square building painted with blue and white stripes
  • A gold dome sits on the top alongside two gold statues flanking the front door
  • The door has a medieval lock that appears to be designed to keep people in
  • Conspiracy theorists have speculated about what the odd building is used for
  • While it resembles a religious temple, it doesn't seem to fit any specific sect
  • Some amateur sleuths believe a small structure downhill from the building could serve as a second entrance, suggesting that the space extends underground
  • They've speculated that the child sex abuse Epstein has been accused of may have occurred in that secluded space
  • The 66-year-old billionaire bought the island more than two decades ago
  • The 78-acre plot sits just off the coast of the US territory St Thomas
  • A day after he pleaded not guilty in a New York courtroom to charges of sexually abusing dozens of underage girls, there was no movement on the island

This week's sex trafficking charges against Jeffrey Epstein have renewed longstanding questions about the billionaire financier's private Caribbean island, particularly about the religious temple he erected there.

Conspiracy theorists have latched onto the odd building that was constructed sometime between 2009 and 2013 at the southwest edge of Little St James Island, just off the coast of the US territory of St Thomas.

Amateur sleuths are particularly intrigued by the medieval-style lock on the front of the temple, which appears to be designed to keep people in.

Everything known publicly about the building has been gleaned from aerial photographs, as the entire island is kept under tight security.

I assume that it would be searchable by the Feds under a warrant. But given what happened with the first investigation, I also assume they made no attempt to do so.

He supposedly more recently bought Great St James Island, which is just west of this one. It's quite a bit larger, but other than some buildings that look like they are under construction, it isn't developed at all.

Note the odd golden owls on the roof. Wouldn't shock me if they were all in some kind of weird child sex abuse cult or something even worse.
