(18,486 posts)This may be information that's already being shared between agencies. If they're just talking numbers and statistics, that shouldn't be a problem. If it goes beyond that, there could be challenges.

(3,579 posts)Using any data compiled by other agencies et al to be used in the Census is a violation of 13 USC 141. The law states that the data gathered in the Census and only that data is to be used in the apportionment of Congressional representatives.
