Anyone else wondering where the data will end up OUTSIDE of U.S. government hands?
Anyone else wonder if the Mercers or Cambridge Analytica (renamed) or the Russians might find it useful?

Helpful for registering fake voters? Helpful for hacking bank accounts? Helpful for blackmail? Helpful for controlling the population when resources get scarce?

I put nothing past them.
