Just about everything Trump says is transference.
He constantly accuses everyone else of his own motives and violations.
It's become a habit with him.

So when he accuses others of seeking the destruction of the US government he is admitting his own aim and goals.
It's apparent with everything he's doing and everyone he appoints to critical positions.
He is actively working towards the collapse of American Democracy and the rise of a new, aggressive, totalitarian, pirate state modeled on Putin's Russia, Kim's North Korea and the Middle East Kingdoms.

This should become an international crisis.
All the international democracies had better be prepared to do something drastic because if he is allowed to continue, and I don't trust that the election will eliminate him, all of our allies could be put in serious danger, not to mention all of us who live here.

It's a scary time.

Projection is a belief or assumption that others have similar thoughts and experiences as oneself.

Transference is the process by which emotions and desires, originally associated with one person, such as a parent, are unconsciously shifted to another.

Actually I don't think Trump is doing either.
It's not a psychological quirk but a calculated technique he deliberately uses to deflect blame from himself by accusing others of his own actions and motives.
