In 2017, individual Georgia voters and organizations dedicated to fighting for secure elections filed a lawsuit against former Secretary of State Brian Kemp that challenges the state's use of hackable voting machines and demands the state move to hand-marked paper ballots.
This federal lawsuit, Curling v. Raffensperger, is unique and historic in how far the case has made it in the courts in the push for paper ballots. The preliminary injunction hearing is set for one week from today: Thursday, July 25th .
Georgia voters and the rest of the nation deserve fair, free, and secure elections. But they need your help. Join Fair Fight in supporting our allies in their fight for hand-marked paper ballots.
Over the next week leading up to their first hearing, Fair Fight will be accepting donations to support this important legal work, and Fair Fight will match the amount collected up to $50,000, and equally split the proceeds between the organizations working to secure hand-marked paper ballots for Georgia voters.
Together, we can win this fight. Now let's get it done.
Onward,
Team Fair Fight
