They didn't say that she practiced the literal "send her back" chant with them, but she WAS the "warm-up" act for Trump's speech, and it may have led to the chant itself. Of course, it started with a few people, so she could have made the suggestion to anyone in the audience without that being witnessed. But regardless of her actual words, she was instrumental in firing up the MAGAts.
