Paid for by those who are willing to pay for well crafted lies. Romney cannot beat Obama with facts, so he needs false momentum to try and lull/frighten people into not voting.

we are today because of repuke policies, since reagan, which laid the foundation for deregulation, anti-labor, and the movement to privatize social security and medicare.

The repuke war against women should have been game over for the republicans, but the polls indicate it isn't. In fact the repukes have been more open about their sexist anti-women views than I have seen in years, and it is still a dead heat

Of course, only two groups of poeple actually watched him do so...

1) People like us, who weren't going to vote for him anyway.

2) People like freepers who will vote for him no matter what.

He could have told us that the sky is lavender and he farts lightning, and you wouldn't see a shift in polls from it. He could unzip his face and Jackie Chan could jump out, point at hte camera and laugh at us, "Haha, fool you!" and it wouldn't make a bump.

The bump depends on media coverage after the fact mostly. Wait for it.

An otherwise cool woman with a part-black son is a Romney supporter. I have to assume she is voting mormon, first. She must be really loyal to her religion to vote for Romney and remain mormon even though she has a part black child.

brutal over-reaches of the rightwing.

Since the time of the Clinton impeachment the media has mostly acted as a megaphone for the propaganda. That seems to be changing, maybe the pendulum is reaching its maximum swing.

The sheep will follow whatever the media endorses. Somehow it seems that there is some pushback where for most of the decade there was none.

And polling doesn't necessarily reflect actual opinions; people give reflexive answers, or often just lie to sound like they're "better people" or something.

This is without the other innate flaws of polls; I understand how "polling science" is supposed to work. But I also know hoe Austrian economics is supposed to work. Just 'cause there's a theory and those invested in it say that it works... doesn't mean that it really does.
