You are right...all of us DU'ers need to make sure our kids, grandkids, and family know this. This is where it starts: our own circle of influence.

I'm tired of the insanity that the "voodoo" trickle down economics of the Rs is somehow better than helping all of us. I would MUCH rather see my tax dollars go to helping all folks than benefitting the uber-rich, who are just getting richer leaving the rest of us behind.

SCOTUS's Citizens United case is one of the worst things that could ever happen to the USA. The only way to combat it is to fight at all levels to make sure the inclusive nature of D's gets out there.
