Politely, of course, and say that you as one of the Rep's constituents believe that no one is above the law, and that impeachment of Donald Trump is necessary to the health and security of the United States.

If you Rep supports impeachment, call his or her office and thank them for getting out front on this. Then encourage your Rep to talk to their colleagues and persuade them that impeachment is vital to rectifying this horrible situation.
