When his company bought up hundreds of apt. complexes, he /they went thru old tenant records and SUED
ex-tenants, sometimes years later, for old fees, and breaking their lease by moving, even tho the previous owners/managers had given permission for them to move out. Naturally the tenants rarely had any records to prove they did not break the lease, and few can afford attorneys to fight back.
They also did not maintain/repair the apts.....then refused to allow tenants to break the leases to move to a safer place.
And he has many many Sec. 8 tenants, for which they charge HUD high rent prices. HUD apparently does not respond to tenant complaints, esp now with Carson in charge.

So, yeah, he.....and his father ahead of him, are racist slumlords.
