Trade war backfire?

The pressure on China could pose less of a problem if trump is not re-elected and they think they can just wait on the elections. They might see involvement in swaying the 2020 vote in their best interest and then try to out Russia our election in favor of his opponent. The Publican Senate refused funds to protect us from hacking those elections. China may have more computer skills than the Russians.

We do not want our elections settled by whether China or Russia can hack us the most. We definitely don’t want that.

Now add racism, encouraging terrorism, abuse of power, incompetence, and much more, and we have a much better case.
