What a sexist... (I want to say ***** but I'll take the high road)...piece of crap.
I wish this Republican piece of crap had said something like this to my 75 year old mother. She was widowed young, ran a business and a farm while raising two boys. She never had time to talk about shoes or hardly even think about them. If she got new shoes they were out of the Spiegel or JC Penney's catalogue because late at night was the only time the poor woman ever had a minute to shop for herself.
But it does say what this Republican Senate hopeful thinks about women, and I hope it is the women's vote that keep him out of office.

"Tom Smith, the Republican Senate candidate from Pennsylvania who said earlier this week that pregnancy from rape was similar to "having a baby out of wedlock," made another sexist remark to two women at a campaign event for vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan.
A video released Thursday by the Pennsylvania Democrats shows Smith, who introduced Ryan at an event last week, greeting two women in the crowd and asking them what they're talking about.
"We're talking about the power of petite women," one of the women says.
"Oh," Smith responds. "My guess would have been you were talking about shoes."
He actually digs the hole deeper but I'm limited to four paragraphs. Check out the link to see what a dip this guy is.
