It's stunning that Trump tweets almost daily that China is paying billions in tariffs but then admits he delayed a portion of them so consumers won't pay more this holiday season.
He knows that he's lying about who pays them and he thinks you're all too stupid to notice.

“We’ve delayed it so it won’t be relevant to the Christmas shopping season," Trump told press on AF1 tarmac, referring to the decision to delay a 10% tariff on some Chinese imports until mid-December.
