He's not a deep thinker, he operates purely on emotion and lacks the intellectual capacity to contemplate the long term effects of his actions, it's why he bankrupts so many businesses.

I can easily see have a meltdown over an increase in home heating oil which results in him tearing down the walls of his house so he can burn the wood to heat his house, then six months later bragging about how much money he saved as he wonders what happened to his house.

That's a terrible trait for a nation's leader to have. Virtually every policy problem is made worse by short-termerism and ignorant, wreckless short-termerism is worse^2.

It wouldn't be SUCH a disaster (still awful though) if him behaving thusly was not tolerated/supported by the utterly intellectually- and morally-bankrupt Republican Party. Everything that is happening now is not just Trump's fault -- it's every single Repuke's fault too, and we can never let anyone forget that.
