I wonder if there are other countries that can provide advanced medical treatments (e.g., France, Germany) would take these kids? It's just horrifying, and I have no doubt Stephen Miller is behind it. May he fry in Hell.

He kicked in the MO for about two decades where republicans really found a way to forcefully advocate for all kinds of mean spirited shit with prettied up talking points - Pence cut his teeth on these and is one of the few who can still practice it.

They got lazy after 9-11, just screamed YOU HATE THE TROOPS is you opposed them on anything.

Then, once BHO got elected, they just woke up in the morning and found a way to blame him for the worst thing they saw on cable news. That honestly was the next level digression that we are seeing the mirror reflection now - how they made a good, decent man and fine POTUS into the worst POTUS ever in their deranged minds, set the opposite delusion that the current psychopath is just some poor victim and all criticisms are to ignored because they are just hating him (what they did with BHO).

This is one example in a long line showing how non-whites were dehumanized and treated as property.

Official US history is mainly the history of rich, white, males, and their supposed accomplishments. Anything that does not relate to that is not taught.

The Europeans came here and didn't like the people who were already here. They didn't like their language, their two spirit gender roles, their hair, the way they dressed and eventually stole their land and started a genocide.

After all, this is probably only a couple thousand people. Their being here will not affect the US at all. It's just Trump's administration (Stephen Miller?) looking around and saying, "Who can we hurt today?"

There was a boy with cystic fibrosis who was crying, saying he knows he's going to die now that he'll be losing his treatment. It's unimaginable that anyone could think that this kindness advanced nations extend to the world should be punished. But Trump thinks that.

Whether it's slavery segregation, Native American genocide, poverty, My Lai massacre, you name it, it's always been there. Sometimes it just rears its ugly head more than others. Now is one of those times.
