Will not run for Senate but is open to a VP selection.

Doesn't this lend some credence to the rumor that she's Biden's running mate of choice? Is it possible that she's been contacted by some of the other front-runners as well?
I have some reservations about her being the VP choice, mainly regarding her lack of high-level federal government experience. There is no doubt in my mind that she would destroy Pence in a VP debate, but I'm worried that people will see her as not experienced enough to be a heartbeat away from the presidency (particularly if the nominee is an older person, where the choice of running mate takes on an even greater significance).
