They have a score of former Soviet diesel subs from the 50s... and then several dozen midget subs.

On edit - The Romeo is a 50s design... but Russia sold the design to China and later to Korea. The Korean versions are either imported from China (in the 70s) or built from Chinese parts in Korea.

Reports last year imply that Korea took one of these Romeos and modified it with scrap parts from old Soviet Golf II subs to be able to carry a couple of missiles in an expanded sail. Photos in the news today look like it's the same "newly built submarine".

I wouldn't consider it a significant strategic asset at this point.

Uhuh! Trump asked for a little tin horn Dictator to outsmart him, like the fool he is.

Things do not seem to be going well for the Chosen One right now. Deutsche Bank, tax returns, economy slowing, farmers angry as H***.

He adores the NK despot and you can see the cute twinkles and fond devotion he has for him when they have those romantic get togethers.

He is heading for Heartbreak Hotel and Daddy Putin probably won't offer any solace.

Too smart by half is a phrase that comes to mind.

Smirking Idiocrat saying, “If plants like water so much how come they don’t grow out of the toilet?” Snicker, snicker.

for his entire career, he weaponized the court system to take advantage of people.

When he blows the deal with NK or Putin, he can't go to court.

The way he acts, you'd think he was trying to curry favor with his boss, but that would be Putin so that isn't the case.
I guess its just puppy love.
