Children of US troops born overseas will no longer get automatic American citizenship, Trump adminis

Children born to US service members and government employees overseas will no longer be automatically considered citizens of the United States, according to policy alert issued by US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on Wednesday.

Previously, children born to US citizen parents were considered to be "residing in the United States," and therefore would be automatically given citizenship under Immigration and Nationality Act 320.

Now, children born to US service members and government employees, such as those born in US military hospitals or diplomatic facilities, will not be considered as residing in the US, changing the way that they potentially receive citizenship.

They would be considered immigrants?

So on top of very long family separations in the military, your children will be targets for American psychopaths like Traitor Trump? Malaria should be returned to the brothel in Slovenia she was dragged out of by Epstein. Then maybe she would get a taste of the crap service members have to put up with psychopath Traitor Trump.

A Russian whore and a Slovenian Sex Worker walk into the white house, invite little Russian Putin to join their sex party, then destroy US democracy.

As in, "You deployed my ass over here to serve your needs, and now I have to jump through hoops to make sure that my child is a US citizen? Screw you and the horse you rode in on!"

There was already a decent amount of lack of support for Mango Mussolini, and this is sure to wake up some more active duty military and dependents. They have enough to worry about without tRump adding to the already significant burdens involved in many overseas assignments.

Is he going to deny them entry into the US when parents are ready to return? Will parents have to apply for visas for their children?
All of this is a long process.

This seems like a way to lash out at the ghost of John McCain.

They were ordered there by DoD. So it's not their fault. And if Trump wants to make this an issue it should apply to flag officers and members of the diplomatic corps as well.

Think about it: They think they can force a victim to birth the product of rape and incest, they think they can withhold contraception, but when your child is breathing on its own, they won't pay for healthcare, food, housing, or education, and now, even military won't be able to bring the children home, and will lose legal rights to their own kids. Some countries won't recognize any rights by the parents at all, and could possibly take possession of the child!!!

This is cruelty for cruelty sake. I can't see why/how this would benefit us, in any warped "thinking."
