I pity them.
I pity them most for the delusion they've held all along, that the majority of their class actually earned and are still earning their income.
There is absolutely nothing that binds them to the larger community, except the most mundane and even banal elements of their humanity.
That's why Romney is so vacuous and hollow in his rhetoric, and why every attempt he will make to create himself as one of the 99% will never work.
A world so full of color it ends up being colorless.
So full of things that the object of one's affection loses his or her haecceity.
The eye of the needle waits.

Necessity.

You know what I'd want, and would be happy as a pig in a waller with?

a) room full of plastic balls (no bare feet, diapers or socks allowed, only clean shoes)

b) two MAME Arcade consoles, which I could probably build or buy for cheap, and I'd only do this because I live very far away from any retro-gaming place.

That's pretty much it. And I can AFFORD those, even on what I make.

I'd take a trip to a pool if I wanted to swim or a playground if I wanted to have a climbing wall. I'll go to the movies, which offers a way larger screen than a home movie theater.

All the vastly undertaxed are doing is building a moat so they don't have to share their kid stuff with anyone else but themselves.

And that LED wine cellar . . . yeah, I don't know what the shit that's all about.
