The GOP Congratulate Themselves for Stopping Effective Gun Laws, and Again After Mass Shootings
Texas Gov. Abbott's press conference was just another sad example of odious GOP/Trump politicians, who manage to to find every available microphone and TV camera, while others are still cleaning the blood, bits of brains, large pieces of flesh and the rest of the mess left in the wake of every mass shooting.
They crowd around the camera to get their hypocritical faces on TV pretending to grieve, when everyone of these back-slapping sycophants knows that no sane person needs an assault rifle.
And then the main hack in front of the microphone praises and thanks everyone in sight for doing their jobs. I'm not saying they do not deserve thanks. I'm sure many do. But do it later. When cameras are off.
But in public, they need to stop thanking themselves for doing "a great job" when so many are dead and wounded.
Because in the end if everyone is doing such a great job, then why does it happen, over, and over, again and again and etc...... ?
