He had no running water or electricity. So that really rules out video games for the cause the mayor was trying to push. But maybe also why he had no digital footprint.

Yeah, I know, it's kinda' like the question the guy asks when he's pulled over for speeding: "Shouldn't you guys be out chasing criminals?"

However, the "failure to use turn signal" claim is kinda' in the "broken tail light" excuse - why are you really pulling over this person?

Yes, it IS a tough job - and I would NEVER want to do it, but still, there has to be some basic understanding of the constitution (oh, wait, if the cops have to have it, shouldn't............ well, I digress).

There should be more to this story. Let's hope the TRUTH comes out and we can have faith in those that we expect to follow the rules of the law - on ALL sides!
