Phone call just now between Georgia Gov Kemp and GA DOT Commissioner...

Commish: Sir, Hurricane Dorian looks like it's going to skirt the Georgia Coast, and move along the seaboard. We’ve taken all the precautions you advised, and have followed all the required protocols.

Kemp: Great. Now what about the salt trucks?

Commish: Salt trucks, sir?

Kemp: Yeah, them salt trucks. Let’s get’um rollin’ on the major interstate highways and such. Ain’t no storm gonna yank my approval numbers!

Commish: Sir. Salt trucks? Why?

Kemp: Hell, buddy! For the freezin’ rain! I gotta spell it out for ya?

Those ice storms are brutal. The north laughs but until you go through a few you don't understand.
