sorry, but I am not a member. Looks like an interesting story.

COMEBACK?
What Really Made America Great? To a Large Extent, Unions—and They Can Do It Again

Trump has turned the Department of Labor into the Department of Employers' Rights. But encouraging signs do exist--and Americans must be reminded of labor's vital role.

Donald Trump’s road to the presidency was paved by working-class discontent, among white workers at least. But since he has been in office, his Department of Labor has done nothing but harm workers, cutting protections and oversight, turning the DOL into the Department of Employers’ Rights.

His department recently issued rules that would permit businesses to discriminate against workers on the basis of LBGTQ, race, national origin, gender, ethnicity, and other characteristics. It is rolling back decades of labor regulations and protections making his administration the most anti-labor administration in decades.

As a nation, we must understand that part of what made America great was the promise of the American Dream being extended to more and more people. And no institution in our nation’s history pushed harder for that dream than labor unions......

I don't have a subscription either.

I am sure there are other sources for this kind of information.

I think is proper to comment that, if you allow discrimination in the workplace, you then interfere with people's economic freedom and there ability to live and thrive. Therefore, you go against the supposed principles of "capitalism", oppose democracy and give a finger to our constitutional rights, all in one shot, as Trump is obviously trying to do with his corrosive digression, or, anything to get votes from his real base and feed his cronies.

I know that goes without saying, but it flies in the face of any hypocritical statements that are made to defend, promote and institutionalize that kind of prejudice and any threats against labor organization, which has some pretty shady ulterior motives behind it and flies in the face of our collective good.

Now, contrast that with the orgiastic screaming and flailing about in regards to the rights of gun owners and their interpretation of the Second Amendment.
