BURN!

Morning Joe this morning included Michael Steele on the panel. Present by a remote hookup was Axelrod.

Steele: How much time do you intend to spend focusing on George Bush at your convention? In other words, do you intend to keep blaming him for the country's problems.

Axelrod: I don't think our convention will spend any more time focusing on Bush than your convention did.

BURN!

I almost fell off my chair.

Axelrod then added that they really could not help but mention Bush since all Ryan and Romney were offering were the same policies as Bush had.

Thanks and a hat tip to No Elephants back at DU2.

They don't seem to understand that our attention spans aren't THAT short -- we've been down this road with their now-classic tactic of trying to turn strengths into weakness and weaknesses into strengths.

Bush should not be blamed for Obama's problems, but the solution is restoration of the Bush policies that caused the problems? Yeah, right...

created. It's the "aren't you done blaming him?" meme.

Well, the answer is NO. bush should get the blame for the problems he caused that are still impacting the country.

Apparently Steele couldn't criticize anything Obama had done, so he tried to criticize Obama for something he might do.

or won't live in Reality that his party does not like him. Same goes for the GOP gays and GOP women. The GOP only pretend to care about you as long as you spout their talking points.
