I have to watch BBC news to find out what is happening in the world besides tRump, tRump and more tRump. He sure is getting the attention he lives for. Why are they playing into his narcissistic hands? $$$

on a map. Environmental concerns are for hippy tree huggers. If it was really of importance then very important people -- like Hollywood actors, celebrity chefs and late night talk show hosts -- would be peppering the airwaves with eye-catching PSAs. Policians would be queuing up in front of open mics to alert their constitents, and schools would promote the science in their curriculum.

Enough of the fallacious banter. C'mon, you already know why. At the heart of the matter is money and greed. Change that and you'll change the world, and until that happens the world will continue to burn.

keep up their luxurious lifestyle, isolated from the troubles that plague the workaday world of us mere mortals. Climate change won't affect them because they can afford to buy all the cool, lovely water they want. Food will always arrive in bountiful plenty, exotic, rare delicacies, it's theirs with a phone call. Clean air is assured with the latest high tech filtration system, and the power supply to run everything is installed with redundant backups.. with perhaps a little homage to some renewable energy sources.

That's really going to be the end of us, too. Skewed priorities are no way to have a complex, technological democracy at all.

Captain Pants On Fire is like a flame for the media moths and they seem rather bewitched, bothered and bewildered when we all should be pulling out of this fatal nose dive into a catastrophe.

Meanwhile, breathe it if you got it.

Just Google "Amazon fires" and you'll see a ton of stories. The G7 voted a bunch of money to fight the fires, minus Trump, and that was widely reported. I don't understand why you can't find them, and consequently decide they don't exist.
